Job summary

ICLOUD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, set strategic growth goals, and optimize budgets. The role requires strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will drive organizational effectiveness, oversee recruitment and training, and report on performance while ensuring health and safety compliance and professional development across staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
