JPS Manpower Pte. Ltd. is offering a Management Trainee position at Fairmont Hotel’s Chinese Restaurant on North Bridge Road. The program provides exposure to front-of-house and kitchen operations, preparing you for a future restaurant manager role with oversight of workflows and daily operations.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Food & Beverage Management or related services, are proficient in English, and preferably speak Cantonese for smoother coordination with staff and guests.

Formación

• Valid Employment Pass.
• Degree in Food & Beverage Management or related services.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese is preferred for effective communication in restaurant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver front-of-house service to engage customers and ensure high-quality service.
• Perform kitchen tasks to learn food preparation techniques and support kitchen workflow.
• Analyze and understand complete restaurant operations to develop skills in operational planning and management.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily restaurant functions and uphold service standards.
• Plan workflows and coordinate resources to lead restaurant operations.
