Job summary

After completing basic training, you will set goals with management for progression. A WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate is required. Weekend/public holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level, diploma or degree required.
• WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily F&B operations from Outlet Manager and Chef.
• Serve guests and cater to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene per standards.
• Assist in running restaurant operations and inventory knowledge.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by management.
