Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor sales, operating costs, inventory, and stock levels.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor deliveries and product quality.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and properly presented.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
