Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Crew to join our international quick-service brand in Singapore. You will provide friendly service, take orders, and help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in daily operations.

Training will be provided; no prior F&B experience required. You will work in a fast-paced team and support shifts, weekends and public holidays while delivering quality food and service.

Qualifications

• No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willing to perform hands-on restaurant duties.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and handle cashier / payment transactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and workstations.
• Replenish food, packaging and operating supplies when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support stock replenishment and basic inventory activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance when required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
