Job summary

EduCare Specialist Services is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Crew to join our international quick-service brand in Singapore. You will support daily restaurant operations, serve customers, take orders, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety.

No prior F&B experience is required as training will be provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders and handle cashier / payment transactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and workstations.
• Replenish food, packaging and operating supplies when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support stock replenishment and basic inventory activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance when required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
