Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable F&B manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and to step in during their absence.

The role focuses on guest service, seating assignments, and maintaining high service standards at a Queenstown venue. Key duties include greeting guests, addressing complaints with the Chef, conducting pre-service team briefings, managing stock, and training staff.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or above required.
• 1–3 years of F&B managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations and lead in their absence.
• Greet guests, assign seating, and ensure excellent service.
• Address food-related complaints promptly with the Chef.
• Conduct team briefings before each service.
• Build and maintain loyal customer relationships and database.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in monthly stocktakes.
• Assist in staff training program development and delivery.
• Prepare daily reports and update the Restaurant Manager on operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
