Job summary

BAIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Operations Lead to assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all facets of daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and food quality.

You will lead and develop the front-of-house team, manage staff scheduling and onboarding, monitor costs and productivity, and drive service recovery and upselling initiatives to support business targets.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Support revenue growth through upselling initiatives and operational improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in achieving business targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
