Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive (Interior / Architectural Products) in Sungei Kadut. The role focuses on developing new business, promoting interior and architectural solutions, and building strong client relationships.

You will read technical drawings, provide product guidance, and coordinate with Design, Project and Operations teams to meet project needs. Mandarin and English fluency are valued; a vehicle is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 1–2 years of sales experience in interior, renovation, furniture, architectural products or building materials.
• Able to read and interpret technical or design drawings.
• Strong sales, communication and client relationship skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin where required.
• Own vehicle is advantageous for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Promote and sell interior, furniture and architectural solutions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Provide technical and product advice during client discussions.
• Coordinate with Design, Project and Operations teams on project requirements.
• Follow up on project progress and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
