KCL Consultants PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Supervisor to oversee residential building works in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, monitor site activities, and support QA/QC processes across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of supervision experience, and an RTO certificate accredited by IES/ACES, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients and the team.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in supervision of residential buildings.
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate (IES/ACES).
• Conversant with statutory codes and requirements.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities.
• Ensure site works comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor method statements and work procedures.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials.
• Document site inspections, safety records, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain site records on progress and prepare reports.
• Verify contractors' progress payments and deliveries.
• Witness inspections, tests, and commissioning.
• Report to Project QP/ Consultants Team on quality and progress.
