Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore requires a Site Supervisor for a 42-month project starting November 2026. You will oversee site activities, ensure adherence to specifications and regulations, and supervise structural works with a focus on quality control.

Candidate must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, have at least 4 years in residential supervision, and an RTO certificate accredited by IES/ACES.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (min)
At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings
Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
Conversant in statutory codes and requirements
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Understand project specifications and construction drawings to ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements
Monitor site works to ensure method statements and procedures are followed
Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities
Ensure work aligns with consultant instructions
Check drawings for discrepancies and suggest solutions to prevent delays
Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site
Document site inspections, safety records and as-built drawings
Maintain site records on progress, housekeeping, and reporting
Verify contractor progress payments based on work completed and materials delivered
Witness inspections, testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with designs and specs
Report to project QP / Consultants team on quality and progress
