Kingsford Property Development Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer in Singapore to ensure compliance with Building Control Act (Cap.

29) and related bylaws. The role requires supervising construction, maintaining quality control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will perform duties from commencement to completion, keep records, report to the consultant, inspect works, monitor site management, assist with TOP/CSC processes, and respond

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering and Valid RTO certificate.
Minimum 4 years of site supervision experience on residential/building projects.
Able to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

Oversee commencement of works and establish site procedures.
Keep records and report to the consultant.
Inspect, supervise and test works to ensure compliance.
Monitor site management by builders.
Maintain project documents, information and equipment.
Fulfill duties related to obtaining TOP/CSC.
Execute duties diligently and promptly address issues.
