Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee residential building works, ensure compliance with specifications, and manage inspections, drawings and quality control. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a valid Resident Technical Officer certificate held with IES/ACES.

The incumbent will monitor works, verify progress payments, prepare site reports and ensure safe, compliant execution across a 36-month period, starting in late 2026.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings.
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specifications and ensure site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.
• Monitor site works to ensure method statements and work procedures are followed.
• Supervise structural works and identify non-conformities at the worksite.
• Ensure builders execute work according to consultant's instructions.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality inspections and QC of materials used on site.
• Maintain documentation of site inspections, safety records and as-built drawings.
• Update site records on progress, housekeeping and report preparation.
• Verify contractors' progress payments and claims for work done and materials delivered.
• Witness inspections, testing and commissioning sessions for compliance.
• Report to project QP / project consultants on quality and progress.
• Period: 36 months. Start from mid-December 2026 / January 2027.
