Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent site supervisor to oversee construction works on site in accordance with BCA regulations.

The role focuses on accurate implementation of design docs and safety on site, with coordination across trades. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, a National Certificate on Construction Supervision, and preferably Resident Technical Officer accreditation, with at least 5 years of on-site supervision

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision preferred.
• Resident Technical Officer accreditation is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MS Project for reports.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on site per BCA regulations.
• Coordinate on-site work and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical site supervision experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
