Job summary

GEOSTRUCT INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise and monitor site works in East Singapore, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project quality standards. You will inspect workmanship, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site personnel, and attend site meetings to prepare inspection records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Registered with BCA as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Based on site work East Singapore location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Ensure construction works comply with BCA regulations, codes of practice and project quality standards.
• Inspect workmanship and materials used on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site personnel on technical matters.
• Attend site meetings and prepare inspection records and reports.
• Identify and report non-conformance, site issues and deviations to the Qualified Person.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
