Job summary

MEINHARDT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee daily electrical, mechanical and plumbing installation activities across Singapore projects.

You will ensure compliance with local codes, coordinate with contractors and consultants, maintain site records, and address design vs site discrepancies with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation standards, and local regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily MEP installation activities and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all works comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Enforce site safety practices.
• Coordination: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate inspections and testing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including inspection reports and progress updates; endorse work completion for progress claims.
• Problem Resolution: Identify discrepancies between design and site conditions and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance or defects.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure all works comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards. Enforce site safety practices and report any violations.
Coordination
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Co-ordinate inspections and testing of MEP systems.
Documentation
Maintain accurate site records, including inspection reports and progress updates. Verify and endorse work completion for progress claims.
Problem Resolution
Identify and address discrepancies between design and site conditions. Recommend corrective actions for non-compliance or defects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Certified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with relevant accreditation would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation standards, and local regulations.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Site Location - all over Singapore
Contract duration: 1.5 year (estimate)
