Job summary

Brown Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Qualified Site Supervisor to oversee civil works, enforce safety, and ensure compliance with project specs.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil or Structural discipline, accreditation as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S), and at least 3 years of relevant supervision experience on civil sites, preferably on LTA projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Structural discipline is required.
• Accreditation as Qualified Site Supervisor (RTO-C&S) by JAC of IES/ACES.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising civil works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements under the Building Control Act and Regulations
• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements

• Experience working on LTA projects is preferred.
