Job summary

A-STAR TESTING & INSPECTION (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced RTO supervisor to lead on-site architectural and fitting-out works within major building projects.

You will bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in supervision, a polytechnic Diploma in Architecture or Civil/Structural, and BCSS certification. You will ensure compliance with codes, maintain progress reports, and foster a proactive, collaborative site team.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience as an RTO with 5+ years in supervisory roles for complex architecture and fitting-out works.
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a polytechnic or equivalent.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) course.
• Knowledge of statutory codes, site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate site records of works progress.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong teamwork.

Education

Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent

Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course

Job description

Key Requirements:

• e. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on the progress of works.
• f. Pro-active in resolving and managing site issues with good team spirit.
