Job summary

TERS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Bugis, Singapore, seeks an experienced RTO supervisor to oversee architectural works focusing on quality and safety. You will ensure compliance with engineering specs and safety standards, coordinating with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues.

The role requires strong civil/structural knowledge, and accreditation as a QSS. Working location is Bugis with a 44-hour work week and potential shift hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as an RTO, with at least 3 years supervising architectural works.
• JAC accreditation by IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).

Required competencies and certifications

• Ma minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience as an RTO, of which at least three (3) years shall be in the supervision of architectural works, preferably in conservation buildings
• Diploma in building/architectural discipline or equivalent
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS)
