Job summary

SUNSTAR EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to supervise Civil & Structural works in line with project specs and drawings.

You will coordinate with residents, authorities, and other contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant supervision experience, accreditation as a Resident Technical Officer with IES, and strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant working experience in supervision of C&S works.
• Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with IES.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A track record as a team player capable of contributing to the project.

• Render assistance as directed by the Site Project Coordinator.
• Ensure works comply with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• i) At least 5 years relevant working experience in the supervision of C&S aspect of works;
• ii) Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES);
• iii) Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• iv) Possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project.
