Job summary

CALPEN CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced construction professional to supervise works on site in accordance with BCA regulations. The role requires ensuring accurate implementation of design documentation and coordinating all on-site activities to maintain safety and quality.

You will report to the Project Managers and perform related duties as needed. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, with a National Certificate on Construction Supervision

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Primavera P6.
• Familiar with local codes & regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction supervision of works under BCA regulations.
• Ensure design documentation is safely & accurately implemented on site.
• Coordinate work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake other related duties as instructed by Project Managers.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You are to carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations
• You are to ensure that the design documentation is safely & accurately implemented on site
• You are responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety
• You will undertake any other related duties as instructed by the Project Managers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore or other tertiary institutions
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Possess at least 10 years of construction site experience
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Proficient in Primavera Project Planning Tool
• Familiar in Primavera Project Planning Tool
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
