Job summary

SRISAAN TECH96 ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor (RTO) to oversee LTA roadworks and related projects in Singapore.

The role includes supervising civil, structural, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety on site. The candidate must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, be accredited as QSS, and be registered as RTO with relevant authorities, with a minimum of 3 years in construction

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification recognised in Singapore.
• Accredited as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS) under the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES.
• Registered as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with relevant accreditation requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision works.
• Experience supervising civil, structural, infrastructure, building, or engineering construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site supervision practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring trial trench and underground utility detection works.
• Inspecting road excavation, earthworks, and backfilling.
• Checking rebar, formwork, and concrete works.
• Monitoring traffic diversion, barricades, and pedestrian safety arrangements.
• Inspecting road reinstatement and pavement works.
• Checking manholes, drainage structures, and sewer installation, where applicable.
• Monitoring testing, inspection requests, and rectification works.
