Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works on-site in the West region.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate M&E with consultants and contractors, monitor progress, report delays and defects, and witness testing and commissioning.

You will maintain daily site records, ensure safety and compliance with Singapore requirements, and keep stakeholders informed to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect mechanical and electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Check installation methods, materials and workmanship for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors and other site disciplines.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements and highlight discrepancies.
• Monitor site progress and report delays, defects and technical issues to the Consultant/Engineer.
• Witness and inspect testing, commissioning and functional performance of M&E systems.
• Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, test records, progress reports and as-built documentation.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping and ensure M&E works comply with relevant Singapore requirements.
