Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced supervisor to lead and manage M&E supervision teams across Electrical and Mechanical works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in projects.

You will coordinate technical and design issue resolution, oversee multi-disciplinary integration, and ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of M&E experience, with at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering degree recognized by PE Board of Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by project consultants and authorities.
• Plan rostering and organize shifts in line with contractor schedules while ensuring personnel welfare and compliance with Acts and Regulations.
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works.
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration between trades to resolve interfacing and integration challenges.

Job Summary

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by CAG, QP, and project consultants
• Plan and organize roster shifts aligned with contractor schedules while ensuring personnel welfare and adherence to relevant Acts and Regulations
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to identify and resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages, leading efforts to resolve interfacing and integration challenges

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) experience, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Accreditation as a Registered Resident Engineer with IES
• Licensed Electrical Worker and Licensed Plumber
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual/AOS requirements
