Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks an Estate Manager to engage residents and deliver housing management services addressing diverse needs and national objectives.

You will review policies, manage lease and mortgage matters for HDB, assist in allocation of rental flats and car parks, and partner with agencies to deliver renewal programmes while turning customer interactions into insights.

A 1+1 year contract awaits the successful candidate in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living; administration of mortgage financing matters; and management of lease matters (transfer of ownership, renting, monetisation).
• Involve in allocation/management of rental flats and car parks; provide guidance to flat owners and tenants on maintenance.
• Engage residents and partner with agencies to deliver estate renewal programmes (e.g., Home Improvement Programme) and co-create housing solutions.
• Leverage data from interactions and case management to generate insights that improve processes and customer service.

[What you will be working on]

• Your responsibilities as an Estate Manager include the review and/or administration of public housing policies, rules and regulations for HDB living; administration of mortgage financing matters; and the management of lease matters such as transfer of flat ownership, renting out of flat and monetisation options.
• You may be involved in the allocation and management of rental flats and car parks; provide guidance and assistance to flat owners and tenants on the maintenance of their flats.
• You are also expected to engage HDB residents & work in partnership with other agencies/stakeholders to deliver estate renewal programmes (e.g. Home Improvement Programme) and co-create solutions & resolve housing management issues.
• With the rich information gathered through customer interactions & case management, it is necessary that you are able to work with data and generate useful insights to improve work processes & customer service.
