Job summary

widewings pte.ltd is seeking a Civil/Structural Site Supervisor to oversee construction works in line with LTA specifications and Singapore codes. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety, review method statements and ITPs, and ensure materials meet project standards.

Coordinate with LTA, QP, and contractors to resolve technical issues and support project handover. Responsibilities include supervising piling, deep excavation, RC works, roadworks, viaduct erection, or tunnelling as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized in Singapore.
• Registered or accredited as a Resident Engineer (RE) by the relevant authority (where required).
• Minimum 0–5 years of relevant site supervision experience on LTA road, viaduct, bridge, tunnel, or major infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of LTA Specifications, BCA Codes of Practice, and MOM WSH Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all construction works to ensure compliance with LTA specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and Singapore codes.
• Monitor the Contractor's work progress, workmanship, quality, and construction methods.
• Review and endorse method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and ITPs.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Witness site inspections, tests, and commissioning activities and maintain records.
• Monitor SHE compliance in accordance with MOM WSH regulations and LTA safety requirements.
• Coordinate with LTA, QP, contractors, utility agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Supervise critical construction activities such as piling, deep excavation, ERSS, RC works, roadworks, viaduct erection, or tunnelling.
• Identify non-conforming works, issue site instructions, monitor corrective actions, and verify rectification.
• Review and verify progress claims, variation works, and as-built documentation.
• Attend site meetings and prepare/review site reports.
• Ensure construction activities follow the approved programme and flag delays/risks.
• Maintain accurate site diaries and quality documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in contract administration and project coordination.
• Ensure successful completion and handover of the project, including final documentation and defect rectification.

• Review and verify progress claims, variation works, and as-built documentation where required.




• Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings, and prepare or review site reports.




• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to the approved programme and highlight potential delays or risks.




• Maintain accurate site diaries, inspection records, and quality documentation throughout the project.




• Assist the Project Manager and Client in contract administration and project coordination.




• Ensure successful completion and handover of the project, including review of final documentation and defect rectification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized in Singapore.




• Registered or accredited as a Resident Engineer (RE) by the relevant Singapore authority (where required).




• Minimum0 - 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in LTA road, viaduct, bridge, tunnel, or major infrastructure projects.




• Strong knowledge of LTA Specifications, BCA Codes of Practice, and MOM Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Regulations.




• Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection and testing procedures, and documentation requirements.




• Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and inspection and test plans (ITPs).




• Good understanding of contract specifications, construction sequencing, and project coordination.
