Job summary

Widewings Pte. Ltd. leads civil and structural site supervision on Singapore projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local standards.

You will oversee reinforcement, formwork, concrete and utilities while coordinating with the RE, contractors and authorities to resolve issues. We require a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering and up to 5 years of relevant experience on HDB/LTA/PUB or major builds.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent recognized in Singapore.
• 0–5 years of site supervision experience on HDB, LTA, PUB or other major building/infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, HDB/LTA/PUB requirements and Singapore Standards.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, structural works, roadworks, drainage and utilities.
• Witness inspections, material testing, concrete testing, pressure testing and commissioning activities.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, site inspections, material testing and construction documentation.
• Maintain accurate site, inspection and progress reports.
• Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and authorities to resolve site issues.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WSH regulations and approved Method Statements.
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements.

Witness inspections, material testing, concrete testing, pressure testing, and commissioning activities.

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site inspections, material testing, and construction documentation.

Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports and progress reports.

Coordinate with the Resident Engineer (RE), contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve site issues.

Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and approved Method Statements.

Attend site meetings, inspections, and technical coordination meetings.

Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized in Singapore.

Minimum 0–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in HDB, LTA, PUB, or other major building and infrastructure projects.

Experience in supervision in relevant field.
