Job summary

Brown Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervision lead for civil and structural engineering projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with Building Control Act, project specifications, and safety standards while driving quality control on site.

Ideal candidates bring professional registration and proven experience in supervising civil works with complex scopes. Knowledge of LTA projects is a plus. This role requires strong coordination and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supervising civil works projects of similar scope and complexity

Responsibilities

• Execute site supervision duties in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations to ensure regulatory adherence and project integrity
• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and resolve construction issues, ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to verify feasibility and compliance with engineering standards
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and minimize defects
• Coordinate site works to implement and uphold construction safety protocols, reducing risks and ensuring a safe working environment
