Job summary

BUREAU VERITAS BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned M&E professional to lead site supervision for major building construction projects in Singapore. You will oversee utilities installation, testing and commissioning, and ensure compliance with client/consultant requirements.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary MEP works, maintain interface registers and logs, and drive safety, quality, and timely delivery through strong leadership and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PEB Singapore).
• 8+ years in M&E engineering with 5+ years in site supervision of similar projects.
• Experience in major building construction, utilities installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of codes, site supervision requirements, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Proven leadership to lead site supervision teams and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.

• Lead M&E site supervision activities for major building construction, utilities installation, and testing & commissioning works.
• Monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works in accordance with requirements from the Client, QP(MEP), consultants, and facility owners.
• Coordinate MEP works across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and manage interface registers, evidence logs, and documentation related to integration and interfacing matters.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, statutory requirements, and construction procedures.
• Prepare and review site records, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Promote and uphold workplace safety, quality, and engineering best practices on site.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E engineering experience, including at least 5 years in site supervision of similar projects.
• Experience in major building construction projects, utilities services installation, testing, and commissioning works.
• Strong knowledge of statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead site supervision teams.
• Proficient in coordinating MEP interfaces and managing multidisciplinary integration issues.
• Experience maintaining interface registers, evidence logs, and related project documentation.
