Job summary

VLAND CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced civil/structural engineers for site supervision on major Singapore projects.

Candidates must hold a recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and have substantial post-qualification experience, including at least five years in resident or site supervision. Applicants should show proven experience guiding large-scale, complex building developments, possess valid IES/ACESRE/RTO registration for C&S, and meet statutory requirements for site

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years in resident or site supervision
• Experience supervising at least one large-scale, complex building development of comparable nature
• Valid registration/accreditation under the IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for C&S, maintained throughout deployment
• Must meet prevailing statutory qualification and accreditation requirements if appointed as a statutory site supervisor
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, quality control, WSH and relevant authority specifications
