• Implement site supervision, QA, and safety management systems to achieve project standards.
• Review works for non-compliance, defects, and issues; enforce corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain site inspection records, reports, and technical documentation for tracking.
• Coordinate with project teams to assist with inspection, testing, and handover of works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Supervisors to enforce compliance with statutory regulations, approved drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.


• Collaborate with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.


• Monitor construction progress and deliver technical guidance to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.


• Implement and maintain site supervision, quality assurance, and safety management systems to consistently achieve project standards.


• Review construction works to detect non-compliance, defects, and technical issues, and enforce corrective actions effectively.


• Prepare and maintain detailed site inspection records, reports, and technical documentation for project tracking and compliance.


• Coordinate with project teams to facilitate smooth execution, inspection, testing, and handover of works.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore.


• Accredited Resident Engineer (RE) with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).


• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, technical requirements, and site supervision practices.


• Effective communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or civil engineering projects.
