Resident Engineer (RE - Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

• a. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.
• b. Qualifications: Must possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• c. Accreditation: Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• d. Responsibilities: Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), project consultants. Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• e. Knowledge: Be conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and submission of progress reports.
• f. Skills: Demonstrate strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• g. Flexibility: Must be willing to work shifts.
