LKT CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to lead on-site supervision of building projects, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

You will conduct inspections, document progress, communicate with clients and contractors, and apply engineering principles to improve project execution on site.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or M&E.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as RE for supervision of building projects in Singapore.
• Accreditation of C&S RE Certificate by IES.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site supervision to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify materials and workmanship against specifications.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, contractors, and project teams to align objectives.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, progress, and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

• Apply engineering principles to assess processes and suggest improvements.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Analyse on-site challenges and develop practical solutions to maintain momentum.
• Communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to uphold QA throughout the lifecycle.

• Exercise meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and uphold quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
