Job summary

Greenmark Construction PTE. LTD., based in Singapore, seeks a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) to oversee site supervision under the Building Control Act, ensuring civil, structural and M&E works conform to drawings, specifications and regulations.

You will verify compliance on site, supervise concreting, pavement and drainage works, inspect formwork, and assess precast components to meet project standards while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer (civil and structural).
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Valid Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform site supervision to ensure compliance with the Building Control Act.

Responsibilities

• Perform all site supervision duties as mandated by the Building Control Act to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify that civil, structural, and M&E works are constructed according to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Supervise concreting, pavement, and drainage construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections on concrete compaction and curing processes to ensure structural integrity.
• Inspect formwork striking, re-propping, and prop removal to confirm adherence to construction protocols.
• Assess the quality and proper erection of precast components to meet project specifications.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a Resident Engineer (civil and structural) engineer.
