Job summary

TECHGRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural/Geotechnical) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to lead site supervision on major building construction and deep excavation projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate will possess a recognized Civil & Structural Engineering degree and be accredited by Singapore's PE board. You will coordinate with project consultants, CAG, QP(S), and QP(Geo) while ensuring strict compliance with codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Civil & Structural experience.
• Experience supervising major building construction and deep excavation works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by project consultants.
• Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills; ensure compliance with codes.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and QA documentation.

Resident Engineer (RE - Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.

Qualifications

Must possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

Accreditation

Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo) and project consultants.

Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge & Skills

Conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements.
