Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Resident Engineer to lead on-site supervision, ensuring design documentation is implemented safely and accurately.

You will oversee a team of site staff, ensure contractor works comply with contract drawings and specifications, and perform additional project duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES is preferred.
• Familiar with local codes & regulations and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of site staff and provide construction supervision to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Ensure that works are carried out by contractors in accordance with contract specifications, drawings and documents.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

• Manage a team of site staff and at the same time, provide construction supervision services of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site
• Ensure that the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with the contract specifications of quantities, drawings and all other contract documents.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
• Possess at least 8-10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer
• Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
