Job summary

CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to supervise on-site works and lead a team of site staff, ensuring design documentation is properly implemented on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural/Mechanical engineering degree, 8–10 years of site supervision experience, and registration as Resident Engineer with IES/ACES. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Project and knowledge of local codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore.

Job Description:

• Manage a team of site staff and at the same time, provide construction supervision services of the project to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site
• Ensure that the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with the contract specifications of quantities, drawings and all other contract documents.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore
• Possess at least 8-10 years of relevant site supervision experience as a resident engineer
• Registered as Resident Engineer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
