Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to lead on-site teams, monitor architectural and fitting-out works, and ensure compliance with statutory codes and quality standards.

You will coordinate site activities, enforce quality control procedures, and communicate findings to clients and project consultants. A degree in architecture is required, with at least 8 years in the field and 5 years in a lead role on major projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an architectural professional.
• At least 5 years supervising projects of similar complexity.
• Experience in roof & façade systems or interior fit-out works.
• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed to ensure compliance and quality.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise architectural site staff to monitor and inspect complex architectural and fitting-out works, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and quality standards. Manage on-site issues effectively with strong technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect architectural and fitting-out works as directed by Client, QP(S) and project consultants to ensure project compliance and quality
• Apply strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate site activities and foster effective team collaboration
• Interpret and enforce statutory codes and requirements related to site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress report submissions
• Utilize technical knowledge and quick decision-making skills to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
• Analyze project conditions and communicate clearly through verbal and written reports to stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity, particularly in architectural and fitting-out works for major building construction
• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture Fit-out works
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
