Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction works, with at least 5 years in major buildings.
Strong understanding of site supervision and safety procedures.
Experience in preparing site supervision plans and reports.

Responsibilities
Oversee architectural works and ensure compliance with requirements.

Prepare site supervision plan and supervise works directed by OIC
Monitor project progress and prepare progress/status reports for client updates
Ensure adherence to stakeholders' regulations for supervision and safety
Monitor contractors' safety performance and participate in site safety management
Conduct roving safety inspections, emergencies, incidents and investigations

Job description
Scope:
Provide supervision services for all Architectural works to ensure that contractors complies with contract/authorities'/agencies' requirements
Oversee the Architectural team and personnel
Provide all necessary endorsement
Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to OIC and the QP(D)s and QP(S)
Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessments for works, workplans, design for safety (DfS) workshop and SOP proposals
Provide all relevant endorsements required by authorities/agencies/client
Assist QPD for application of TOP and CSC
Prepare site supervision plan and supervise all works directed by OIC
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to client
Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work while ensuring proper supervision
Monitor contractors' safety performance and participate actively in site safety management
Minimum 8 years of experience , of which at least 5 years in major construction works in buildings, architectural and fitting out works
