Job summary

Brown Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Qualified Site Supervisor to join our construction oversight team in Singapore.

You will conduct site inspections, review method statements, and supervise quality control to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards. The role requires a diploma in Architecture, Civil, or Structural discipline, accreditation as a Qualified Site Supervisor by JAC of IES/ACES, and at least 3 years of relevant experience on architectural works.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Architecture / Civil or Structural discipline.
• Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works similar in nature.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specs and regulatory requirements.

• Review, evaluate, and assess method statements to ensure safe and effective execution of construction activities
• Supervise and enforce site quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials
• Coordinate site works proactively to uphold construction safety and minimize risks to personnel and assets
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to fulfill statutory duties and project requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum diploma in Architecture / Civil or Structural discipline.
• Accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as Qualified Site Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works similar in nature

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working on LTA projects is preferred.
