The Garcha Group is hiring in Singapore for a front office/hospitality role. You will manage guest reservations, explain policy details, and document special requests to deliver excellent service across the group’s Marriott-affiliated hotels and restaurants.

Candidates should have a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent, strong English communication, and 1–2 years of relevant hospitality experience. Proficiency with Opera PMS/Cloud and Marriott systems is valued.

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience or similar.

Mansioni

• Ensure that all correspondence are replied within 24 hours.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Accommodate and document special requests.
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue; input data in reservation system.
• Indicate special room reservation types by inputting correct code and rate.
• Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Any other duties/tasks as requested by management.
