Job summary

KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to work with the Nursing Research Team to coordinate and support research activities. The role provides administrative, operational and project management support to ensure smooth execution of studies, compliance with HBRA and IRB, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in healthcare research is preferred; strong MS Office and data management skills are required to succeed in this

Qualifications

• At least Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Prior experience in healthcare related setting with research background is preferred.
• Knowledge in Good Clinical Practice and HBRA is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and research/data management systems.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Independent, self-motivated and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for research projects and research-related activities.
• Coordinate research project timelines, documentation, and study-related logistics.
• Ensure study compliance with research protocols, IRB requirements, and institutional policies.
• Support participant recruitment, study scheduling, data collection, and reimbursement processes for assigned research studies.
• Maintain accurate research records, databases, and regulatory documentation.
• Support data management activities, including data entry verification, data cleaning, and preparation of datasets for analysis.
• Coordinate research data and document archiving upon study completion.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
• Support research-related meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, follow-up actions, and progress tracking.
