Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) Office of Research is seeking a Senior Executive to support communications and events for a vibrant medical research community. You will develop content across platforms, manage brand assets, and coordinate research events while supporting video production.

You will also maintain and curate materials for public media, work with stakeholders across the Academic Medical Centre, and provide administrative support to the OoR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
• 1 year of experience with proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac.
• Experience managing websites; familiarity with SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager; HTML knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience curating content for social media and video production including filming and basic editing.
• Hands-on, meticulous with attention to detail and awareness of trends.
• Collaborative team player who can work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and prepare content across platforms (website, e-bulletin, social media).
• Maintain a record of research achievements in public media and develop communication collaterals.
• Advise research departments on creating their own materials.
• Plan and organise research events and manage brand assets.
• Plan and support video production from filming to post-production editing.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and handle general administrative tasks.
