Job summary

The Research Centre for Residue and Toxic Industrial Waste Management (TREASURES) at NTU is seeking a dynamic Research Fellow, Partnerships & Engagement to join the team. This role bridges cutting-edge academic research with real-world industrial application, driving corporate partnerships, coordinating engagement initiatives, and shaping the centre's digital public presence.

Qualifications

PhD in Business, Communications, STEM or related discipline is required.
3–4 years of relevant work experience in event management, corporate communications, or industrial liaison roles.
Experience in an IHL or research institute is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven logistics experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication tailored for industrial partners.
Proficiency in website content management and MS Office.
Proactive, resourceful, adaptable and able to liaise with academics and executives.

Responsibilities

Event and workshop management from planning to execution for industrial engagement.
Digital communications: maintain and update the centre website and public-facing news and events.
Stakeholder and grant coordination: liaise with industrial partners and IHLs on grant funding matters.
Secretariat and administrative support for industry-focused meetings and advisory boards.
Information management: handle confidential data and collaboration agreements with discretion.
