Job summary

ZAIKA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks an experienced Research & Development Manager to evaluate and recommend new techniques and technologies, and to manage R&D credit studies and related activities. You will develop and sustain client relationships during delivery of R&D services, assist project managers with engagements, provide QA and audit support, and guide cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP Principles, ISO 9000, dairy regulations and applicable food codes for foodservice operations.
• Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and foodservice sanitation practices.
• Ability to design and conduct Quality System and facilitate audits.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and responsibilities in a fast-changing environment.
• Assesses project requests and assignments to technical project managers.

Responsibilities
