Job summary

Anbros Industries (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dairy product specialist to develop and test new dairy formulations, and to optimize taste, texture, stability and shelf life across product lines. You will analyze nutritional composition and labelling requirements, and conduct sensory evaluation against competitors.

You will prepare technical specifications, support HACCP and food safety systems, coordinate sample preparation for microbiological testing, manage production spreadsheets,

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new dairy formulations.
• Optimize taste, texture, stability and shelf life.
• Analyze Nutrition for composition and labelling requirements.
• Conduct sensory evaluation and benchmarking against competitors.
• Prepare technical specifications and product documentation.
• Support HACCP and food safety systems.
• Coordinate sample prep and submission to Setsco for microbiological testing.
• Prepare, manage, and review production spreadsheets for dairy blends and submit approved copies to the Batching Leader before production.
• Issue necessary documents such as Transfer Requests and Work Orders and support smooth production runs.
• Monitor raw material availability, specifications, and test results prior to production.
• Oversee unstuffing of incoming cargo and arrange urgent sampling and testing when required.
• Coordinate with QC and Setsco to ensure timely testing and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare costing for dairy blends, maintain stock lists, and communicate stock forecasts and availability to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper communication with internal teams.
