Job summary

Sth Traders in Singapore is seeking an experienced Research & Development Manager to lead the evaluation of new techniques and technologies and oversee R&D credit studies. You will develop client relationships during delivery of R&D services and support project teams with technical research and QA activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and foodservice sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP principles, ISO 9000, dairy regulations and applicable food codes for foodservice operations.
• Ability to design and conduct Quality System audits and facilitate audits.
