Qualifications

• MSc/MTech/MEng in relevant engineering/science fields with polymers/adhesive bonding background.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into modification of adhesives with trigger chemicals and study hysteresis heating response.
• Fabricate hybrid joints with modified adhesives and study debonding behavior.
• Develop test matrices for comprehensive parametric studies.
• Create instrumentation and fixtures for automation.
• Apply finite element or machine learning tools for process optimization.
• Disseminate results through journals, conferences and patents.
