Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of scientific background relevant to the research area.
• Experience and interest in molecular biology, cell culture, rodent handling and metabolic studies.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication and computer skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and support all aspects of the research project.
• Support general mouse colony maintenance and assist with molecular biology and cell culture experiments.
• Conduct accurate monitoring, documenting and reporting of experimental results.
• Contribute to project management, presentations and publications.
• Assist with general upkeep of laboratory needs and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties incidental to the work described.
