The Lee Lab at the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore, National University of Singapore, invites applications for a Research Assistant. You will conduct molecular biology and cell biology experiments focused on RNA biology and metabolism, under the PI and team guidance.

Responsibilities include CRISPR/Cas genome editing, RNA/DNA work, and supporting advanced assays. As the Lee Lab is newly established, you will assist with lab setup, equipment commissioning, and inventory management,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; strong foundational knowledge in molecular biology.
• Hands-on experience in cell culture, nucleic acid techniques, and protein analysis is preferred.
• Experience with CRISPR/Cas-based genome editing and RNA biology is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct molecular and cell biology experiments related to RNA biology and metabolism under supervision.
• Assist with radiation? (Note: based on HTML content, focusing on CRISPR, RNA and metabolomics related tasks.)
• Prepare samples for RNA sequencing, transcriptomics, and RNA structural profiling, and support data analysis.
